Welcome to my Practice
My approach is to synthesize a medical model with the type of psychotherapy best indicated for each individual client. I have a deep commitment to psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mentalization-based therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I have expertise in working with clients with mood and anxiety disorders; addictions; clients who have experienced major losses; clients who struggle with dysfunctional patterns in relationships; and clients who are undergoing major life transitions. Being from Argentina, and having lived in Venezuela and Spain, I also work particularly well with immigrants and other individuals with international backgrounds. Lastly, I would add that I am comfortable bringing a spiritual dimension to the work of therapy.
